“Bajaj Pulsar 400 SS” is the brand new bike with 400 cc of engine, reveal at 2014 Auto Expo, Noida from Bajaj. Its SS stands for Supersports.

At the first look, you will notice that Pulsar 400 SS is quite sharp along with an excellent design and eye catching features like its LED headlamps, sharp tail light, digital analogue gauge. Its the first 400 cc sport bike in India from Bajaj.

Bajaj Pulsar 400 SS comes with a liquid-cooled, single cylinder, 4 valve triple spark engine with fuel injection. It comes with six speed gearbox transmission.

Pulsar 400 SS has got telescopic forks at its front and single swingarm mounted shock at its rear along with disc brakes at its front and rear with an standard ABS. It has 110 mm of tire at its front and 150 mm of tire at its rear.

Some of the features which make this bike more stylish and attractive in its looks are its twins pilot lamps along with two LED twins projector lamps at its front. It also has a clip-on handlebars, a digital analogue gauge, sharp tail light, large tanks and stepped seats along with a sporty exhaust outside unlike Pulsar 200 NS, which has its exhaust underbelly. It has LED turn indicators.

Bajaj Pulsar 400 SS has got the same engine as the KTM Duke 390 has.

    I hop Bajaj’s next bike will be a 500cc n 500cc+.

  2. I so wanted to buy this bike…
    after test driving 200RS one thing i disliked the most is
    the speedometer it looks so old and doesnt fit the design
    I wont buy 400SS if it doesnot have a stunning LCD speedometer

    1. Yes bro, i agree with you, the speedometer is quite old fashionable. But its a sad thing that even the 400SS has the same speedometer.
